Quantitative Analysis of Indoor Gaseous Semi-Volatile Organic Compounds Using Solid-Phase Microextraction: Active Sampling and Calibration

Summary: Semi-volatile organic compounds (SVOCs) are significant indoor pollutants. The use of solid-phase microextraction (SPME) for measuring gaseous SVOC concentrations can overcome limitations associated with traditional methods. By establishing an SPME-based active sampler and a two-step calibration method, stable sampling of SVOCs in fluctuating air can be achieved.
