Summary: Researchers have focused on optimizing broker negotiation strategies in cloud-based e-commerce negotiation framework, in the context of pre-request optimization and long-term optimization. Existing strategies can increase utility value and success rate to some extent, but they cannot minimize negotiation rounds and react to opponent behavior. A novel stochastic behavioral learning negotiation (SBLN) strategy is proposed to maximize utility value and success rate further.

A meta-analysis of Watson for Oncology in clinical application

This framework utilizes a game theory decision system and a third-party broker agent, as the existing direct negotiation mechanism between the provider and consumer may not be suitable anymore.
