Fidelity of quantum states in a correlated dephasing channel

Atta Ur Rahman et al.

Summary: The study reveals that while fidelity decreases over time, the output state does not become completely dissimilar from the input state under the effects of a correlated dephasing channel. Maximally entangled states are more tolerant to the effects of the correlated dephasing channel compared to maximally coherent states. The fidelity of quantum states is significantly influenced by the degree of classical correlations between successive actions of the channel on the two qubits.

Bell nonlocality, entanglement, and entropic uncertainty in a Heisenberg model under intrinsic decoherence: DM and KSEA interplay effects

Mostafa Hashem et al.

Summary: In this study, we investigate the generation and robustness of two-qubit information resources including Bell nonlocality, quantum entanglement, and entropic measurement uncertainty in a system of two neighboring spin-1/2 particles. We analyze the influence of DM-KSEA interactions, external magnetic field, and intrinsic decoherence on the dynamics of quantum correlations. Our results provide insights into the dynamics of these quantum phenomena and their implications for measurement estimating in open quantum systems.

Non-classical Correlations in Multipartite Generalized Coherent States

M. Essakhi et al.

Summary: We explore the quantum correlations in symmetric and antisymmetric multipartite generalized coherent states using the entanglement negativity and local quantum uncertainty (LQU) as quantifiers. We compare the behaviors of these quantifiers in even and odd states and find that they are largely dependent on the parameters characterizing the states. Our results also show that multipartite mixed generalized coherent states contain some quantum correlations that can only be captured by the LQU.

Temporal Quantum Memory and Non-Locality of Two Trapped Ions under the Effect of the Intrinsic Decoherence: Entropic Uncertainty, Trace Norm Nonlocality and Entanglement

Abdel-Baset A. Mohamed et al.

Summary: This article investigates the engineering properties of trapped ions and their ability to generate quantum memory, non-locality, and entanglement in quantum information processing. The authors devise a setup using coherent and even coherent fields on two trapped ions and explore various effects such as decoherence, Lamb-Dicke regime, and dipole-dipole interaction. The inter-coupling of trapped ions and the generation and dynamics of correlations between them are analyzed. Through the use of quantum memory assisted entropic uncertainty, trace-norm measurement induced non-locality, and concurrence, the authors demonstrate that coherent and even coherent fields successfully generate non-local correlations in trapped ions, with the latter being more favorable for the dynamics and preservation of these correlations. Additionally, symmetric dynamics are observed in the entropic uncertainty and trace norm induced non-locality, and the dipole-dipole interaction enhances the generation, robustness, and suppression of entropic uncertainty for correlations.

Thermal correlations and entropic uncertainty in a two-spin system under DM and KSEA interactions

Youssef Khedif et al.

Summary: This study investigates the thermal quantum correlations and entropic uncertainty of two neighboring XYZ Heisenberg spin-1/2 particles subjected to a transverse external magnetic field, considering different interactions. The results show that quantum correlations decrease and uncertainty increases with higher absolute temperatures, while stronger spin-spin and spin-orbit exchange couplings can enhance quantum correlations and suppress uncertainty.

Decay of negativity of randomized multiqubit mixed states

M. Mansour et al.

Summary: The paper investigates the decay of entanglement of multiqubit randomized entangled states, generated from factorisable initial states through randomized entangling operators. It analyzes the bipartite and multipartite entanglement of randomized states using the negativity and genuine multiparticle negativity as measures. The decrease in entanglement of randomized entangled mixed states is studied in terms of the noisy parameter p.

Local quantum uncertainty versus negativity through Gisin states

A. Sbiri et al.

Summary: The study investigates the quantum correlations in standard Gisin states and those based on bipartite spin-coherent states using quantum negativity and quantum local uncertainty as measures. The comparison of the two quantifiers of Gisin states shows a sudden change in behavior in terms of the mixing parameter. Furthermore, it is demonstrated that entangled Gisin states contain nonclassical correlations captured by local quantum uncertainty, which cannot be revealed by the negativity measure.

Quantum Correlations Through Spin Coherent States

M. Mansour et al.

Summary: In this paper, the entanglement of a quantum system with two subsystems characterized by angular momenta j(1) and j(2) is investigated in the framework of superposition of spin coherent states. The entanglement measure is formulated in terms of the amplitudes of spin coherent states and their spins j(1) and j(2). This investigation is further extended to rank-two bipartite mixed states involving spin-j coherent states through a simplified expression of concurrence, showing the strong dependence of bipartite entanglement of mixed states on the spins j(i) of each subsystem and associated probabilities.

Quantum correlations of tripartite entangled states under Gaussian noise

Atta Ur Rahman et al.

Summary: The study examines the preservation of quantum coherence and entanglement in three non-interacting qubits subjected to an external fluctuating field with classical Gaussian noise. Different couplings and noise significantly affect quantum correlation and coherence, with the X-G state showing more dominant and robust non-local correlation and coherence under Gaussian noise, making it a valuable resource for transmitting quantum information with reduced loss.
