Summary: Deposition of copper by TIE method results in samples containing highly dispersed copper species and CuO nanorods, while deposition of highly dispersed copper species inside pores can be achieved through the TIE-NH3 procedure. Samples obtained by TIE-NH3 method are found to be promising catalysts for low-temperature NH3-SCR process.

Enhancement of catalytic activity in NH3-SCR reaction by promoting dispersibility of CuCe/TiO2-ZrO2 with ultrasonic treatment

Summary: The study found that CuCe/TiO2-ZrO2 catalyst prepared by ultrasonic-assisted impregnation method showed superior performance in degrading NO, with ultrasonic treatment improving the distribution of active species and the synergistic interaction between Cu and Ce components significantly. Additionally, the catalyst demonstrated a higher degree of ultrafine metal particles and evenness, ultimately facilitating the particle size and distribution of active sites on the catalysts.

Summary: The use of N-doped TiO2 as support for dispersing active particles was found to result in even dispersion of active materials on the catalyst surface, improving specific surface area and catalytic efficiency. Furthermore, these catalysts exhibited high catalytic activity over a wide temperature range (200-400 degrees C).
