Summary: The study found that as body sizes increased, the ideal body BMI also increased, and people were less likely to choose an underweight ideal body when seeing larger bodies. Ideal body perceptions only shifted around current societal standards, but can be achieved by increasing exposure to a more diverse ideal body perception.
