How Does Service Climate Influence Hotel Employees' Brand Citizenship Behavior? A Social Exchange and Social Identity Perspective

The findings show that service climate positively affects employee BCB, and perceived brand image mediates this relationship, while employees' power distance orientation negatively moderates the linkage between service climate and employee BCB. This study enriches existing knowledge and provides insights into the relationship between service climate and employee brand citizenship behavior.
