Alcohol Consumption Over the Retirement Transition in Sweden: Different Trajectories Based on Education

Neda Agahi et al.

Summary: Retirement can influence drinking habits, particularly among those with higher education levels. Research shows that individuals with higher education, especially women and men, tend to increase their weekly alcohol intake after retirement, while those with lower education levels maintain their drinking habits unchanged. Further investigation is needed to understand the mechanisms behind this increased alcohol consumption among higher educated individuals.

How and when are learning-adaptable newcomers innovative? Examining mechanisms and constraints

Artemis Boulamatsi et al.

Summary: Learning adaptability indirectly impacts innovative behavior through positive framing rather than task mastery, with supervisor uncertainty avoidance moderating this relationship and task mastery moderating the relationship between positive framing and innovative behavior. The indirect relationship between learning adaptability and innovative behavior via positive framing is more positive when both moderators are low.
