Destination Attributes Affecting Negative Memory: Scale Development and Validation

Summary: This study fills the gap in the existing literature on tourism experiences by focusing on negatively memorable experiences. It develops a scale to measure destination attributes associated with these experiences and identifies a six-dimensional construct that influences negatively memorable tourism experiences.
