Applying social cognitive theory to placement learning in business firms and students' entrepreneurial intentions

Summary: Building upon the social cognitive theory, this study examines the factors that influence students' entrepreneurial intentions. The results indicate that placement learning in business firms has an indirect effect on students' entrepreneurial intentions through entrepreneurial self-efficacy, and this effect is contingent upon the level of students' entrepreneurial passion.

Summary: This paper uses the creativity management theory to revisit the production process of Covid-19 vaccines. By absorbing and rejecting information, and through interdisciplinary coordinated efforts, vaccines were developed in a short period, and the availability of multiple types of vaccines provided more strategic options. These findings serve as important lessons for improving vaccination programs.

Summary: The study found significant differences in entrepreneurial intention levels between Turkish and Iranian undergraduate students, with family background and personality traits playing a role in predicting entrepreneurship intentions. Narrow personality traits and openness were found to have an impact on entrepreneurial intention levels in both countries.
