Behavioral Activation through Virtual Reality for Depression: A Single Case Experimental Design with Multiple Baselines

Summary: This study examined the effectiveness of a brief behavioral activation (BA) treatment supported by virtual reality (VR) for depressed patients. The results showed moderate-to-large improvements in daily activity level, activity planning and engagement, as well as a reduction in depressive symptoms and improved mood.
