Quality of life of COVID 19 patients after discharge: Systematic review

Summary: This systematic review examined the quality of life (QOL) and associated factors in COVID-19 patients following discharge or recovery. The results showed that regardless of the time elapsed, the QOL of post COVID-19 patients was significantly impacted. Female sex, older age, co-morbidities, Intensive Care Unit (ICU) admission, prolonged ICU stay, and being mechanically ventilated were the most frequently reported factors associated with low QOL.

Predictors of post-COVID symptoms in Egyptian patients: Drugs used in COVID-19 treatment are incriminated

Female sex, comorbidities, lower education level, longer disease duration, and severe/critical forms of the disease are significantly associated with the presence of post-COVID symptoms.

Evaluation of health-related quality of life of Covid-19 patients: a hospital-based study in South Central Ethiopia
