Impact of work-life balance with the role of organizational support and job burnout on project performance

Regression analysis and the Model of Preacher and Hayes were used to quantify these effects. Job burnout was also found to be positively associated with project performance. The study provides practical implications for managers and organizations, emphasizing the importance of adopting suitable work-life balance practices and providing ample time for professionals to spend with their families.
