Summary: The study analyzed the impact of state laws on the health outcomes of marginalized racial/ethnic groups and racial/ethnic health inequities in the US. Researchers identified 843 state laws linked to structural racism, revealing a lack of laws preventing discrimination against marginalized populations in many states.
