Tao Wang et al.

Summary: Recently, electrospun nanofiber composites as electrocatalysts for ORR and OER have gained significant attention. Transition metal elements and heteroatomic doping are effective methods to enhance their performance. The construction of electrocatalysts based on MOF electrospun nanofibers has become a research hotspot. This work synthesized nickel-cobalt zeolitic imidazolate frameworks and obtained nitrogen, oxygen, and sulfur-doped bimetal porous carbon nanofiber catalysts through high-temperature carbonization treatment. The catalysts exhibited different performances for ORR and OER, with Ni1Co2-ZIFs/PAN-Ar showing the best ORR activity and Ni1Co1-ZIFs/PAN-Air exhibiting the best OER performance.
