Regge trajectories for the (2,0) theories

Madalena Lemos et al.

Summary: This study investigates the structure of conformal Regge trajectories for the maximally supersymmetric (2, 0) theories in six dimensions, and reveals the interactions between super-descendant trajectories and their constraints on shape. It is found that supersymmetry softens the Regge behavior in the four-point function of the stress tensor multiplet and all physical operators in this correlator lie on Regge trajectories. An iterative scheme utilizing the Lorentzian inversion formula is described to bootstrap the four-point function.

Integrability and conformal bootstrap: One dimensional defect conformal field theory

Andrea Cavaglia et al.

Summary: This paper explores how nonperturbative integrability methods in 4D N = 4 super-Yang-Mills theory can be efficiently combined with numerical conformal Bootstrap techniques to compute correlation functions at finite coupling beyond spectral observables. By studying 1D defect conformal field theory on a Maldacena-Wilson line, the authors successfully calculated a nonsupersymmetric structure constant with high precision over a wide range of the 't Hooft coupling, particularly accurate at strong coupling and consistent with recent analytic results.

On the structure of non-planar strong coupling corrections to correlators of BPS Wilson loops and chiral primary operators

M. Beccaria et al.

Summary: The research investigates the localization representations of 1/2 BPS circular Wilson loop W in N = 4 SYM theory and calculates their 1/N expansions in the limit of large 't Hooft coupling lambda. It discovers properties related to string coupling and string tension, as well as the expansion forms of Wilson loops and correlators with chiral primary operators. Similar phenomena are found in the ABJM theory as well.

All Holographic Four-Point Functions in All Maximally Supersymmetric CFTs

Luis F. Alday et al.

Summary: The AdS/CFT correspondence is a tool for analytically studying strongly coupled physics, where quantum systems can be understood as weakly coupled gravity theories in a holographic spacetime with extra dimensions and negative curvature. This article introduces a new method to solve the long-standing problem in AdS/CFT, providing closed-form formulas for four-point functions in certain theories. The use of symmetries plays a key role in simplifying holographic correlators and recovering full correlators from special configurations. Our results highlight simplicities and organizing principles underlying holographic correlators, with potential cross-fertilization of ideas with progress in scattering amplitude programs.

Bootstrapping the half-BPS line defect CFT in N=4 supersymmetric Yang-Mills theory at strong coupling

Pietro Ferrero et al.

Summary: In this study, we investigate the properties of one-dimensional conformal field theory in planar N=4 super Yang-Mills, deriving the four-point function of the superdisplacement operator using analytic bootstrap methods, and addressing the operator mixing problem. The extracted anomalous dimension of the lightest non-protected operator shows agreement with a numerical result based on integrability, indicating the validity of the findings.

Two-point correlator of chiral primary operators with a Wilson line defect in N=4 SYM

Julien Barrat et al.

Summary: We study the two-point function of the stress-tensor multiplet of N = 4 SYM in the presence of a line defect, obtaining results up to next-to-leading order in the coupling constant using a combination of perturbation theory and defect CFT techniques. We present a closed-form formula for the defect CFT data and use our analysis to check against well-known data of N = 4 SYM, recovering correct anomalous dimensions and comparing one-point function results.
