Effect of plasticizers on the properties of sugar palm nanocellulose/cinnamon essential oil reinforced starch bionanocomposite films

Razali Mohamad Omar Syafiq et al.

Summary: This study investigated the effects of plasticizer type and concentration on the characteristics of bionanocomposite films, revealing that increasing plasticizer content led to increased film thickness and moisture content, but decreased density. Different types of plasticizers did not significantly affect the antibacterial activity of the films.
