Comparison Between 7 Osteoporotic Vertebral Compression Fractures Treatments: Systematic Review and Network Meta-analysis

Summary: Through network meta-analysis, this study found that the Sky kyphoplasty system (SK) was the best intervention for relieving pain, improving quality of life, and recovering vertebral body height and kyphotic angle in the treatment of osteoporotic vertebral compression fractures (OVCFs). Additionally, radiofrequency kyphoplasty (RFK) may be the safest intervention for OVCFs.
