Revision of the genus Sinogranulus (Hemiptera, Granulidae) with description of a new species from the Middle Triassic of China

Yan-Zhe Fu et al.

Summary: In this study, a new species of Granulidae, Sinogranulus jinsuoguanensis, is described and illustrated from the Mid-Triassic Yanchang Formation in northern China. This discovery adds to our knowledge of the morphological diversity of Sinogranulus and also provides a supplemental description for the type species Sinogranulus qishuiheensis. The intra-specific variation of venation in two species of Sinogranulus is also discussed.
