Exfiltration and infiltration effect on sewage flow and quality: a case study of Hue, Vietnam

Ryuichi Watanabe et al.

Summary: The study found that exfiltration decreased sewage flow in the dry season, while infiltration significantly increased sewage flow and decreased sewage concentration in the rainy season. This is the first study to quantify the impacts of infiltration and exfiltration on sewage in Southeast Asia.
