Mobilising the Next Generation of Stated-Preference Studies: the Association of Access Device with Choice Behaviour and Data Quality

Caroline M. Vass et al.

Summary: Literature reviews indicate that stated-preference studies for health care values are increasingly conducted online, with respondents using a variety of devices such as desktops, laptops, tablets, and smartphones. This study found that device type had minimal impact on survey behavior, preferences, or choice behavior, as long as question formats were easy to use on small touchscreens.
