Summary: The nitrogen-alloyed variant of the CoCrNi MEA exhibits higher corrosion resistance, while both nitrogen-free and nitrogen-doped MEAs show lower corrosion current and rates compared to 316L steel. The addition of nitrogen significantly improves the pitting corrosion resistance of CoCrNiN.
