Hybrid MoS2@PANI materials for high-performance supercapacitor electrode

Summary: Polyaniline (PANI) has excellent electrochemical reversibility and theoretical specific capacitance, but suffers from poor cyclic stability. In this study, urchin-like molybdenum disulfide (MoS2) was hybridized with PANI to improve the structural integrity and specific surface area of the material. The resulting MoS2@PANI hybrids showed enhanced capacitance and cycling stability, making them promising materials for hybrid supercapacitors.
