Alkyl chain length dependence of carrier transport in solution-processed phthalocyanine thin films evaluated via MIS-CELIV method

WooJin Kim et al.

Summary: The study explores the carrier transport characteristics of 1,4,8,11,15,18,22,25-octaalkylphthalocyanine (CnPcH(2)) thin films, revealing a decrease in estimated hole mobility as the alkyl chain length increases. The impact of alkyl chain length on the energetic width of hopping site and distribution of hopping distance is discussed.
