Summary: The study demonstrated that priming C. procera seeds with 50 mg/L of ascorbic acid at 120 mM salinity level was the most effective treatment for enhancing growth attributes and nutritional value. This treatment showed increased shoot and root length, fresh and dry weight, as well as higher levels of certain nutrients compared to other priming methods under high salt stress conditions.
