A visible-light-induced tandem reaction between allenes and selenesulfonates was developed, yielding (E)-2,3-disulfonyl-propene derivatives in moderate to good yields. This reaction is characterized by its simple operation, good regioselectivity and stereo-selectivity, and wide tolerance towards functional groups.
