Summary: A novel sulfonic nanohydrogel membrane with superhydrophilicity and underwatersuperoleophobicity was proposed for treating kitchen wastewater, exhibiting excellent antifouling properties. The membrane showed high pure water flux and achieved a high oil rejection rate in treating simulated kitchen wastewater, indicating its potential for application in treating kitchen wastewater.
