Quantifying the effect of extensional rheology on the retention of agricultural sprays

Summary: A novel approach for quantifying the retention efficiency of agricultural sprays using polymer additives was presented in this study. Results indicated that increasing the extensional rheology of the spray solution can significantly improve retention efficiency, with potential to achieve over 95% total efficiency.
