Information sharing in reverse logistics supply chain of demolition waste: A systematic literature review

M. K. C. S. Wijewickrama et al.

Summary: Reverse logistics supply chain (RLSC) is gaining momentum as an environmentally friendly approach in the construction industry, while the issue of improper information sharing (IS) in RLSC of demolition waste (DW) remains largely unexplored. This study aims to identify the aspects of IS in RLSC of DW and provide potential future research directions, contributing to the foundation of IS in RLSC of DW through proposing a conceptual framework.

A decision-support framework for planning construction waste recycling: A case study of Shenzhen, China

Zhikang Bao et al.

Summary: The study aims to develop a decision-support framework to help plan on-site and off-site construction waste recycling, using qualitative research methods in Shenzhen, China. Project characteristics and industrial and governmental supports are found to determine the technical and economic viability of a particular recycling option. These factors interact with each other and evolve over time and context to effect.
