Summary: The study explored the structure of bacterial and fungal rhizosphere communities of Jinxiang garlic using amplicon sequencing and identified Pseudomonas as a key PGPR in the garlic rhizosphere. Additionally, a SynCom containing six Pseudomonas strains isolated from the garlic rhizosphere showed the ability to promote plant growth.
