Fabrication of ternary Ag/La-black TiO2-x photocatalyst with enhanced visible-light photocatalytic activity for tetracycline degradation

Summary: Developing durable photocatalysts for efficient antibiotics degradation is crucial for environmental purification. In this study, hierarchical organic-inorganic TCPP/Bi2MoO6 heterojunctions were successfully synthesized and showed superior photocatalytic performance in the visible light degradation of tetracycline hydrochloride. The high catalytic activity was attributed to the interfacial interaction between TCPP and Bi2MoO6, which facilitated charge carrier separation and enhanced visible-light absorbance.

Amino-functionalized Ti-metal-organic framework decorated BiOI sphere for simultaneous elimination of Cr(VI) and tetracycline

Summary: A flower-like MIL-125-NH2@BiOI composite was fabricated by a solvothermal method for the simultaneous elimination of Cr(VI)/tetracycline mixed pollutants under visible light. The strong interaction between amino in MIL-125-NH2 and Bi3+ of BiOI promotes the formation of the unique inlaid structure, leading to accelerated charge carrier transfer. The photocatalytic efficiency can be further boosted in the coexistence of Cr(VI) and tetracycline, showcasing a synergistic effect for improved removal efficiency.

The synthesis and enhanced photocatalytic activity of heterostructure BiOCl/TiO2nanofibers composite for tetracycline degradation in visible light

Preparation of a novel composite material LaCoO3/Bi2WO6 and its application in the treatment of tetracycline

A unique Cu3P-ZSO-CN p-n-n heterojunction photocatalyst was successfully synthesized using a solvothermal method for the photodegradation of broad-spectrum antibiotics under visible light, with the 5% Cu3P-ZSO-CN catalyst exhibiting the highest degradation efficiency.
