MCTAN: A Novel Multichannel Temporal Attention-Based Network for Industrial Health Indicator Prediction

Lei Ren et al.

Summary: In this article, a novel multichannel temporal attention-based network (MCTAN) is proposed for industrial health indicator prediction. The MCTAN utilizes channel attention and multi-head local attention mechanism to extract potential long-distance temporal relations. A weighted mean square error loss function is introduced to differently deal with early predictions and delay predictions. By combining data preprocessing and MCTAN, a framework is established to predict industrial health indicators through multichannel time series.

Dynamic design method of digital twin process model driven by knowledge-evolution machining features

Jinfeng Liu et al.

Summary: The construction method of digital twin process model (DTPM) proposed in this paper addresses the inefficiency of existing process design methods in handling machining plan changes induced by unpredictable events. A case study on a complex machined part showed a 7% reduction in processing time and a 40% improvement in processing stability, demonstrating the effectiveness of the proposed method.

RRL-GAT: Graph Attention Network-Driven Multilabel Image Robust Representation Learning

Bin Hu et al.

Summary: Exploring the laws of image data characterization and improving the efficiency of image data characterization knowledge is crucial for the development of Internet of Things technology. This study focuses on the robust representation learning of multilabel images, which faces challenges due to the presence of multiple objects with interdependencies. The proposed method, RRL-GAT, utilizes graph attention networks to reduce noisy connections and false connections between objects, eliminating representation bias and learning robust representations. Experimental results on authoritative datasets demonstrate the superiority of the proposed method compared to existing state-of-the-art methods, and visualization results show its ability to capture semantic relationships in specific input images.
