Low creatinine levels in diabetes mellitus among older individuals: the Yuport Medical Checkup Center Study

Late-elderly individuals with diabetes were more likely to have low creatinine levels compared to those without diabetes, indicating that age accelerates muscle loss in people with diabetes.
