Effect of polyaniline on the performance of zinc phosphate as a battery-grade material for supercapattery

Mian Muhammad Faisal et al.

Summary: A cost-efficient, sustainable, and nontoxic zinc phosphate/polyaniline composite was developed for high-performance supercapattery through hydrothermal method. The composite exhibited excellent performance in energy density, and the storage mechanism was found to be diffusion controlled at low scan rates and diffusion-limited at higher scan rates. The study provided insights into the design of efficient electrochemical energy storage devices.

Highly porous terpolymer-MOF composite electrode material for high performance supercapattery devices

Mian Muhammad Faisal et al.

Summary: The study introduced a class of materials known as metal organic frameworks (MOF) for energy storage applications, showing exceptional properties and synthesized via a hydrothermal route in three steps. The synthesized material exhibited outstanding performance in electrochemical characterization, leading to the formation of a supercapattery with remarkable energy density and power density. The supercapattery also demonstrated exceptional stability through cyclic charge discharge, maintaining its capacity even after 1000 consecutive cycles.
