Cytotoxicity evaluation of green synthesized ZnO and Ag-doped ZnO nanoparticles on brain glioblastoma cells

Summary: This study presents a green preparation method for synthesizing un-doped and silver-doped zinc oxide nanoparticles using the aqueous extract of Salvadora persica. The synthesized nanoparticles were characterized using various techniques, and their toxicity effects on brain glioblastoma cells were evaluated. The results showed that the un-doped zinc oxide nanoparticles exhibited stronger toxic effects compared to the silver-doped nanoparticles.
