Summary: Post-COVID syndrome, also known as long COVID, refers to symptoms persisting for more than three weeks after the diagnosis of COVID-19, with an estimated incidence of 10-35%. Common symptoms include fatigue, residual dyspnea, mental problems, chest pain, as well as olfactory and gustatory dysfunction. Most patients have a good prognosis with no further complications or fatal outcomes reported.
