Short-term variability of bisphenols in spot, morning void and 24-hour urine samples

Celine Gys et al.

Summary: This study found that BPA, BPF, and BPS were frequently detected in urine samples, with BPAP being detected in 43% of samples. The reproducibility of the four bisphenols was relatively poor, but improved when corrected for urine dilution using creatinine levels, with BPF showing the best reproducibility.

Exposure to phthalates and bisphenol analogues among childbearing-aged women in Korea: Influencing factors and potential health risks

Sori Mok et al.

Summary: A study conducted exposure assessment of phthalates and bisphenol analogues (BPs) in childbearing-aged women in Korea, finding that DEHP metabolites and BPA were the dominant compounds, with Bisphenol S (BPS) also commonly detected. Total concentrations of phthalate metabolites and BPs were found to range from 3.42 to 3570 (GM: 45.6) ng/mL.
