A core-shell molecularly imprinted optical sensor based on the upconversion nanoparticles decorated with Zinc-based metal-organic framework for selective and rapid detection of octopamine

Yichuan Cao et al.

Summary: A sensitive fluorescent sensor for detecting octopamine has been developed by encapsulating UCNPs into ZIF-8 and incorporating MIP, showing excellent optical properties and selective recognition ability for OA. The method allows for specific recognition and quantitative detection of OA without complex preprocessing, with good recovery rates in beer at different spiked concentrations.
