Fluorescence enhanced microfluidic sensor with CsPbI3 probe for lubricant copper ions on-site rapid detection based on SiO2 inverse opal photonic crystals

Yuefeng Gao et al.

Summary: This study introduces a microfluidic sensor using SiO2 inverse opal photonic crystals to enhance CsPbI3 perovskite quantum dots photoluminescence intensity, allowing for rapid detection of Cu2+ content in lubricant. By studying the selective detection characteristic of CsPbI3 on Cu2+ and forming the SiO2 IOPCs structure in chip detection well, the detection sensitivity was effectively improved, reducing the detection limit to 0.34 nM.

Investigation of random lasing from all-inorganic halide perovskite quantum dots prepared under ambient conditions

Deng-Gui Zhang et al.

Summary: Random lasing from CsPbBr3 quantum dots (QDs) prepared by hot injection method under ambient conditions is studied, with lasing characteristics and performance related to QDs film thickness and aggregation. The perovskite emits linearly polarized ASE from the edge of prepared sample above a certain pump energy threshold, showing gain guiding effect.

Summary: The study explores the fluorescence enhancement of perovskite nanocrystals (PNCs) on SiO2 photonic crystals (PCs), demonstrating high enhancement factors for different colored PNCs on SiO2 particles of varying sizes. Moreover, it is observed that the fluorescence enhancement factor significantly increases with excitation power.
