Predicting the outcome of the greater occipital nerve block - an observational study on migraine patients with and without musculoskeletal cervical impairment

Annika Schwarz et al.

Summary: This study investigated the relationship between neck pain and migraine, exploring factors predicting the efficacy of greater occipital nerve block. Results showed that patients who were less sensitive to palpation in the cervical region and headache-free on the day of the intervention had better outcomes after receiving the greater occipital nerve block treatment.
