Summary: This study utilized a social-return-on-investment (SROI) analysis to evaluate the social, environmental, and economic benefits of Bon Secours Hospital's Housing for Health program. Results indicated the significant social value generated by the program, with every dollar in yearly operating costs producing between $1.30 and $1.92 of social return in the community.

Summary: This study found that structural repairs to the homes of low-income owners were associated with a modest but significant reduction in nearby crime. The findings suggest that intentional and targeted financial investment in structural, scalable, and sustainable place-based interventions in neighborhoods affected by structural racism and segregation is crucial for achieving health equity.
