Comparison of DCE-MRI of murine model cancers with a low dose and high dose of contrast agent

Summary: The study showed that a low dose of Gd-based contrast agent can be as effective as a high dose for quantitative analysis of DCE-MRI data, with tumor parameters obtained from the low dose data significantly larger. Combining parameters from two different doses may provide useful diagnostic information for cancer characterization.
