Dealing with pandemics: An investigation of the effects of COVID-19 on customers? evaluations of hospitality services

Summary: This study investigated the changes in travelers' expectations and perceptions of hotel services during different stages of the COVID-19 pandemic by analyzing 98,163 Chinese hotel reviews.
