Summary: Teamwork perception among Iranian nurses was moderate to high, and was found to be significantly associated with both the occurrence and reporting of adverse events. Nurses with a better understanding of teamwork concepts were more likely to report adverse events, while higher teamwork levels were associated with lower occurrences of adverse events. Further research is needed to explore the impact of teamwork training on nurses' outcomes in team performance, adverse event occurrence, and reporting.

Relationship between work-family conflict and turnover intention in nurses: A meta-analytic review

Summary: This study aims to identify the types and reasons for missed nursing care among Jordanian nurses, and examine the relationships between missed care, staffing, intent to leave, and job satisfaction. The results indicate that labor resources shortage is the main cause of missed nursing care, and a low number of nurses per shift is associated with a higher level of missed care.
