Does entrepreneurship ecosystem influence business re-entries after failure?

Summary: Previous studies suggest a strong link between exit/failure decisions and entrepreneurial/organisational characteristics. This manuscript introduces a conceptual framework to identify factors within the entrepreneurial ecosystem that influence re-entry into entrepreneurship after a business failure. The analysis highlights the impact of individual, organisational, and contextual conditions on a person's decision to re-enter entrepreneurship following a business failure.
