Violetta Wilk et al.

Summary: The study examined the relationship between online brand advocacy (OBA) and brand loyalty through a social identity theory lens. The findings revealed that consumer-brand identification and brand loyalty are predictors of OBA, which in turn impacts purchase intent. Additionally, a reciprocal relationship between OBA and brand loyalty was found, highlighting the importance of OBA in strengthening consumer-brand relationships.
