Summary: The study found that COVID-19 related factors such as perceived challenges and awareness directly impact students' intention to participate in e-learning. These effects are mediated through perceived usefulness and ease of use of e-learning systems. However, the institution's preparedness does not directly impact students' intention. Gender and length of e-learning system use also play a role.

Digital learning designs in physiotherapy education: a systematic review and meta-analysis

Summary: The study found that digital learning designs in the form of blended learning and distance learning were equally or more effective compared to traditional teaching in physiotherapy education. Meta-analyses revealed significant effects on student learning in favour of interventions using flipped classrooms, interactive websites/apps, and students self-produced videos. However, these results need to be confirmed in larger controlled trials.

Beyond level of self-esteem: exploring the interplay of level, stability, and contingency of self-esteem, mediating factors, and academic achievement
