The impact of COVID-19 pandemic concerns and gender on mentor seeking behavior and self-efficacy

Summary: This study found that women and individuals with higher levels of concern about the COVID-19 pandemic were more likely to seek mentorship, especially in seeking role modeling during uncertain times. All three functions of mentorship seeking were positively associated with higher levels of self-efficacy.

Summary: This study extended the research on the relationship between entrepreneurial passion and entrepreneurial intention by developing a moderated mediation model. It was found that entrepreneurial self-efficacy mediated the relationship and social support moderated this mediation model.

Summary: This study investigates the relationship between green logistics operations and economic, environmental, and social indicators in countries along the Belt and Road initiative. The research findings suggest that Chinese outward foreign direct investment improves the quality and quantity of green logistics operations, high-quality transport infrastructure and logistics services can reduce carbon emissions, and the use of renewable energy resources enhances logistics operation quality. Additionally, higher institutional quality helps mitigate social concerns.
