Dahai Yu et al.

Summary: This study compared mortality and hospital admission rates among Maori, Pacific, and European patients with type 2 diabetes in Auckland, New Zealand over a 24-year period. Maori patients had higher adjusted incidence rate ratios for all-cause, cardiovascular, and cancer mortality compared to European patients.
