Synthesis, stability and anti-fatigue activity of selenium nanoparticles stabilized by Lycium barbarum polysaccharides

Summary: The study demonstrated that Lycium barbarum polysaccharides (LBP), specifically LBP1, can be used as stabilizers and capping agents for uniformly dispersed selenium nanoparticles (SeNPs) with excellent stability. LBP1-decorated SeNPs showed smaller particle size and enhanced fatigue-relieving activity, as indicated by prolonged swimming time and improved biochemical markers.
