Summary: Patients with IBD receiving immunomodulators, biologics, or Janus Kinase inhibitors do not seem to have an increased risk of contracting SARS-CoV-2 infection or developing a more severe COVID-19. Adhering to preventive measures and maintaining immunotherapy are recommended to reduce the risk of infection and prevent relapse in these patients.
